Rooms Accommodation at Spring Lake Resort

Spring Lake Resort in Ontario offers a variety of Muskoka accommodations and seasonal rates for our guests.  We have three room sizes – standard, standard plus, and large suites – all comfortable, clean, quiet and with lake view.  As you can see from our rate schedule below, our rooms are sized and furnished from two to eight people.  Each room is tastefully decorated with furnishings that are in keeping with the beautiful setting in which we sit.  Couple that with delicious food from our dining room, and a beautiful setting next to spring-fed Spring Lake, you have a recipe for a wonderful couple of days, a week, or whatever suits your taste. 

Our best value is our low season rates which represent the best Ontario resort specials available.  All of our regular amenities are available, just at slightly lower temperatures and, certainly, lower cost.  Spring and fall are beautiful here at Spring Lake. We offer the same quiet peacefulness for our peak season.

All prices quoted are for accommodation only (for two people), and are in Canadian Dollars and do not include 13% (HST) nor gratuities.

A DEPOSIT of $50 is required at time of reservation.

To allow our housekeepers enough time to prepare rooms for new arrivals, check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and check out on the day of departure is no later than 10:00 a.m. Early or Late check out $25 per hour, if requested to and agreed by management.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Because Spring Lake Resort is not a large establishment, any cancellations will impact us greatly. A last minute cancellation gives us little to no chance of filling this space. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy:

If a cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect either to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $25.00 administration fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year.

If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival date, a full charge of your reserved rooms and nights will be processed regardless of the reason for cancellation. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirm reservation dates, you will be responsible for all the original room nights booked from your intended stay.
